What great news with which to start this blog…
Glenn Eller (USA), who has been training with me for a couple of years, has just won a Gold Medal at the Beijing Olympics in double trap clay shooting. We have been working together on developing his mental game: how to control his level of focus and concentration when under pressure.
Not only did Glenn win the gold, but he did so by setting a new Olympic Record.
I have just spoken to Glenn in Beijing and he is of course over the moon. As we chat some more I will add more information here. This news is hot from Beijing!
Congratulations Glenn!

Hello everyone and welcome to the new blog. It is great to have the blog as part of the main website and I look forward to posting some news, views and thoughts about brain training. There is lots to chat about and so I will try to post short but regular bits of information.
Until the next post,

Hello and welcome to the Brain Training Blog.
This is the new and permanent home for the blog, in its rightful place - as part of the main website. For the last year the blog was on a seperate page at Blogger, but now with a little technical tweaking it is right here as part of the Brain Training Company’s website.
Over the coming weeks there will be a few subtle changes as the design and functions settle down. But now the blog is here, you can expect many more posts with the latest news and views on brainwave training.
So for now, I hand over to Henry to start posting…
